Lark must be out...

Recommended Posts

He always struck me as one that wears the big-boy briches. I think he'll turn up looking for revenge.

Good riddance. After the way he treated Outdoor Writer I don't care if he ever comes back.

i didnt see this but the only thing i can think of that outdoor writer ever posted was "the next perversion of hunting" thread. .270 had countless good posts and laughs and seemed way cooler than outdoor writer.

I like Outdoor Writer too. No way he even knows who I am.

He seemed to know a lot about the history of our State and hunting stuff.

But if it were a contest, you'd be the last coolest dude left on the forum, buddy.

Lark wants to punish Amanda for a joke well done, in all his years hasn't he learned to laugh at himself?

In the end, Lark punishes himself. This is a great forum with a wide spectrum of interesting folks and bigger than any one individual.

It'll eat at him until his next return.

I liked that guy for his strong opinions, even when they differed with mine, which was rare. Nonetheless if you can dish it out and not take it when its served back to you, you probably need to go.

I never met the man face to face, but I read his posts for years, own one of his books and swapped several pms about hunting here and there. Tony was a wealth of knowledge and someone that was genuinely helpful. It was a loss to the forum for him to go even if some didnt share his opions on certain topics.

Lark is much the same. Decades of experience and a true love for the outdoors. But I still dont think hes gone, that guy played too rough to get chased off over a little good natured hazing. He'll turn back up.

If you guys saw the email you might change your tune about him not coming back. Plus I also heard through the grapevine he was considering hiring an attorney, and pursuing those erroneous accusations of identity theft.
