Chris Report post Posted April 9, 2016 I watched a little of it. Sad to see that a little begging can get your sentence reduced. Kudos to the one commissioner that voted not to reduce the penalty for that old guy. Unfortunately he was out-voted 3 to 1. I'm not sure where the 5th commissioner was. I wish they'd get tougher and have much higher penalties. Enough already with being soft. Penalties are supposed to be a deterrent. Well it's not yet! What did they end up sentencing him to?
Chris Report post Posted April 9, 2016 His original sentence was 5 years of no hunting or fishing. I didn't hear the original case, as it was at previous sentencing, but he was applying as resident in two states. They gave him back the fishing.
