AZ8 Report post Posted April 6, 2016 Had an elk roast and decided to try something different. Cut roast into thin slices and marinated for 48 hours. Grilled on the BBQ. Added a bed of rice with peas and carrots and a cold beer. Came out great! Make sure to tenderize the slices, otherwise they'll be a little tough. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
