jeremiah lindsey Report post Posted March 28, 2016 How many of you guys hunt bears in the early fall archery hunt I've only seen 4 while out archery hunting deer in August with a bear tag in my pocket down in 35b I got spots in other units up north are they pretty active that time of year I start scouting in late September due to being a student and I graduate this year so I want to expand my bear hunting time Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
capoeirajosh Report post Posted March 29, 2016 Yes, every year. Get out there and give it a go. Brutally hit hunt, but the bears are moving. Find the food and you should find the bears. Willyhunts2 Report post Posted April 18, 2016 I shot one in 22 which I did not recover off of water. The water hole and area around it was covered with bear sign.
