Sneaker Report post Posted March 27, 2016 All the sheep over here got that coughing sickness in the herd and they don't know what the mortality will be. They claim it can be very high in some cases. They could have no hunt at all.

wish2hunt Report post Posted March 27, 2016 Why are they still assessing the sheep situation? Are they confused? Is that where they have the "cough" going thru the herds?[/quote They are probably trying to decide if they want to put wolves in there to take care of the ones the cough doesn't get. They seem to be important to them lately.
Explorer Report post Posted March 28, 2016 G&F claims there are 6000 sheep in AZ yet they reduce the tags. Feel sorry for the max bp holders. Taking away the unit 8 muzzy deer hunt after one year. Combined the hunts for 18b into one hunt. They are destroying 19a. Did some butchering to the youth hunts also. Do they even listen to people at the meetings or are they just holding meetings and getting payed good for doing it?

TOTAL TAGS....2090 Now let's take unit 33 last year there was 300 Mulie and 2150 Coues tags with 150 "Any" tags........................this year's recommendation was to add 75 Coues tags and 25 "any" tags in two hunts totaling 325. couesmagnet Report post Posted March 28, 2016 I noticed they made 13b rifle later than 13a rifle. It's always been the other way around. Wonder why?

What kind of BS data are they looking at that leads them to think they need to ADD tags??? If anything we need to have a tag reduction, it would improve the experience in the field, quality of animals, and if it means a price increase, I'm cool with it.
