Coach Report post Posted August 6, 2007 Just wanted to let the folks on here know I had a great experience with Doug from Camera Land. My wife was placing an order online but due to a minor glitch in the site the order could not be completed. When she called to place the order she explained what happened and Doug went way above and beyond to "remedy the situation" although it was not a big problem to begin with. I just wanted to say thanks to Doug and give the folks here a heads-up that he is great to do business with. If you are buying any optics, give him a shot.
