PRDATR Report post Posted March 17, 2016 I put a 5# flat cut in the oven at 175 dgF in my dutch oven with two quarters of green cabbage this morning at 6am after marinating it in Guinness, spices, rosemary and bay leafs overnight. About noon I'll check it and add some brown sugar. At 2:00 I'll add the rest of the cabbage, fresh carrots and little red potatoes and cook until done maybe 5 or 6 depending if I turn the temp down a wee bit around 4:30 ish.
