Turkey hunting seminars

Recommended Posts

In addition to Ammons excellent seminar April 7th at Sportsman's Warehouse Mesa, there's a free seminar on March 11th at Cabelas at 2pm. Another excellent seminar, put on by Desert Christian Archers is March 15, 6pm at The Calvery Church on I-17 near Thunderbird. The admission to DCA's seminar is a non-perishable food item donation.

I recommend going to all of them!

Thanks CT if you go away just learning one thing it worth your time.

I really like going to seminars too and it is always my goal when going to learn something new. Everyone has a little different style of hunting and there is always something to learn. I have been to lots locally and to a bunch back at the NWTF convention. Presenters from Marvin Robbins, Rich Williams, Jay Scott and others locally to Will and Jimmy Primos , Knight & Hale, Mossy Oak’s Cuz Strickland, Michael Waddell, Eddy Salter, Ray Eye and others. The local ones are full of great information and are just as good as the ones back at nationals. My favorites were Marvin Robbins before he died and Cuz Strictland.

Anyways I wish I could make the DCA one this year but Tuesday nights and not good for me and Cabelas on Friday afternoon I will be across town at work.

Bill, you and Jim need to get together and do one up in Show low or Lakeside and I will be sure and make it.

Funny you should ask I sent a text to Jim this morning asking if we are going to do one this year, but we're not sure if Sportsman's is going to have one. If I didn't live so darn far I would go to all three of the seminars in the valley.
