Wanted to give a big shout out to Vortex.

 

My son's Razor bino's (10x50) tripod mount stud came lose, sent them back in. I also asked if they could replace the exit lenses (even said I would pay for it) on the paperwork.

 

less than 2 weeks later, get the binos back, new stud, new lenses, not a charge...

 

Awesome... can't believe how easy and great it was....
