PseAZ Report post Posted August 25, 2016 been doing it almost 6 weeks. Swapped from my gym workout to p90 to gear up for my hunt. did 10 weeks of the 12 weeks shortcut to strength, then 6 weeks of p90. down 27 lbs and feel a lot better than I did when I started.
