Coues24A Report post Posted August 2, 2007 I have an archery cow tag for units 15, 17, 18, 19b, 20a and 20c. Was wondering if anyone can help with some areas to scout in these units?
Outdoor Writer Report post Posted August 2, 2007 I have an archery cow tag for units 15, 17, 18, 19b, 20a and 20c. Was wondering if anyone can help with some areas to scout in these units? I've seen several groups of elk while driving the Senator Highway in the Bradshaws from Crown King to Prescott. -TONY

jbone Report post Posted August 2, 2007 I have hunted it a several times, you might want to fly before the seasons get started. The elk in those units tend to move and are not easy to keep track of. Year to year they are in different spots. Scout hard, its a great tag.

AZbowhntr Report post Posted August 6, 2007 I would also talk with the G&F warden for those units. They are usually pretty good about giving info. Especially for those limited opportunity hunts.
