IA Born Report post Posted February 4, 2016 That's absolutely awesome, Tim! I've looked at old pics when I go back home and it floods me with all kinds of memories! Those pics always remind me why I do what I do, both personally and professionally, and drives me to have those same memories with and for my kids! Next time I'm back in Iowa, I may have to grab a photo album or two. You'll laugh your butt off at that goofy-looking kid!

Viper Report post Posted February 4, 2016 Awesome pics and heritage! Where's all the high-tech clothing, long-range rifle systems, and $60k trucks?! Man...things were so simple and fun back then.

Man...things were so simple and fun back then.Yes, told dad, now 89, I wanted to replace the 4x Weaver tube on that Gamemaster and he was not too pleased. Dad, "Don't need to take shots past 150 yards with the .06!" Me, "I got my Coues at 309 yards with the .243" last Nov, pop." Dad, "You sound mighty sure it was 309 yards!?" Spent the next few minutes explaining Range Finders. Was a good visit.

Hint, think it was a '68 and had a 390ci I know '67 came with small (rear) window cabs and some '68 c/10 came with both small window and standard window cabs. I have a '70 myself and was brought up around those 67-72 chevys. Very cool pics you posted. Those pics show some great memories. I need to go through some of my old pics and post them up...
