CouesWhitetail Report post Posted February 3, 2016 Yes, AGFD owns Whitewater Draw and manages it for waterfowl and crane habitat. It's a great place to visit and see tens of thousands of cranes. You can camp there and listen to the amazing sounds of the cranes at night.
