Green Bullet Report post Posted January 24, 2016 Changing things up in the house and am moving my elk mount to my garage. Do I need to be concerned about bugs or anything like that? If yes what would you recommend to keep the bugs off of it?
bigorange Report post Posted January 24, 2016 My 25+ year old eastern whitetail mount has been in my garage for 10 yrs. So far so good with a periodic dusting.

rossislider Report post Posted January 24, 2016 I wouldn't do it if you live in the valley, way to hot. Up north you will probably be fine. I personally wouldn't put mine in the garage, but that is just my preference. I let my wife know early on that if she objected to mounts in the house, she was welcome to stay in the garage.
