mattys281 Report post Posted January 10, 2016 They are Not laws or evel rules. It's what the commission has decided is their new agenda. They are letting us know that changes are coming. And that us little folk should get on our knees and lick their boots. I'm not one of the they're-always-screwing-us kinda guys, but this really doesn't sound like a: "Hey, just to let you know, get ready to kiss some butt" type sitchy-ation.
