Wingshooter28 Report post Posted January 7, 2016 Gentlemen, my daughter is trying to ship a pistol home from West Point, and is having trouble with this process. The pistol is for the graduating class of 2016 and she tells me that the pistols are made by Colt, but would be shipped by the West Point Armory. I tried using the pistol parlor in Mesa but they say they can only do the transaction if they go through Colt. I am sure that the United States Military Academy Has a ffl for their Armory. When I called the pistol parlor a couple of weeks ago I was told that it was no problem, but now they are telling my daughter that they can't do it. levers Report post Posted January 7, 2016 Call Wright Armory in Tempe, Arizona Arms in Chandler, or Quentin Defense in Gilbert. I can't imagine any of them having a problem. rancilio Report post Posted January 8, 2016 Wing, if I can help, let me know. No charge of course. I am an Army guy and FFL down at Fort Huachuca. I was at USMA for a few years too. I called Wright Armory and they told me that as long as the Academy Armory has a FFL they could do the transfer. If for some reason I can't get this done I will take you up on your offer.
