bonecollector777 Report post Posted December 21, 2015 I got these from a friend who is selling some of his collection. They were cut off the skull im assuming to be able to get home. I'm no pro but following the boone and crockett measuring guidelines I've come up with a score of 220-225". According to Boone and Crockett all time is 224". Total weight of both antlers is 37 pounds. I really don't know what something like these are worth but throw me some offers and I'll think about it.

olmos1010 Report post Posted December 22, 2015 37lbs with the steel plate or just in bone?
olmos1010 Report post Posted December 22, 2015 I'll give you $300 if its just in bone.
bonecollector777 Report post Posted December 22, 2015 It's 37 pounds of just bone. From what I've seen the going rate of brown moose antler right now is $12-$14 a pound so just from an antler buyer it's worth anywhere from $450-$530. As a set for a decoration in a house I believe I could get even a little more than that.

bonecollector777 Report post Posted December 22, 2015 Uh. . That's regular rate for moose antlers and when you have 37 pounds of them it adds up quick. If no one wants it I'll send it up to the first antler buyer north of AZ I find and get $12 a pound and call it good.
