Help Please..... unusual request.... REWARD

Recommended Posts

This is a bizarre request and I'm embarrassed to ask.... but here it goes. I recently moved to Prescott and was taking my last truckload of stuff to my new house. I had a set of caribou antlers on top of the load in the bed of my truck and somewhere along the route... the antlers fell out. Dumb move for not tying them down. This occurred at about 1 am this morning (12-08-15). I was coming from Southern California and last saw them in the bed of my truck when I fueled up in Ehrenberg off the 10 freeway. I took the 10 to the 60 to the 71 and then through Skull Valley. The only real bump in the road is the tracks in Aguila at the 71 and that is where I believe they fell out.

When I found out that they were missing in Prescott I immediately turned around and retraced my route in the dark and then again when the sun came up.... two tanks of fuel... nothing. I am sick to my stomach. Everyone here knows what a trophy set of antlers means to them. This is a unique and beautiful set of Barren Ground Caribou antlers from a bull I arrowed in September in Alaska. It has the blue steel Alaska F&G tag on it. I'm hoping that someone hears a story about an unusual find in the Arizona desert. I will pay a reward to get the antlers back. I've seen good things like this happen on CouesWhitetail, com before. I don't know what else to do. Thanks. Ed F PM me or email me at fanchins@aol.com

Little bit of mule tape goes a long way. Sorry to hear about this. Sure you won't make that mistake again.

Man.. reading your post just gave me severe nausea. I'm sorry to hear this unfortunate event; best of luck acquiring your antlers. However, I'm sure you will be blessed with another great hunt to compensate for your loss.
