Gr8 White Jr Report post Posted July 22, 2007 wait i dont understand why all you guys are upset, wouldnt you have shot them anyways? Thats right, you don't understand! That is the problem with the "Brads" of the world. They are too shallow of people to understand and they run their mouth and judge others on a basis they know nothing about. I have a question for you Brad. How much time, effort and money have you spent on the preservation of wildlife? I'm guessing NONE!
CouesWhitetail Report post Posted July 24, 2007 CouesFanatic, in answer to your question about saving the fawns, unless the doe is still alive when you find her, you don't have much chance of getting the fawns out before they die. Once the doe's blood stops flowing the fawns lose their oxygen supply. If you hit a doe and know it's fawning season, you might try and see if the fawns are still alive but the odds are slim that it would work out well. TJhunt - I kept the skulls of those fawns for educational presentations. I have a permit from AGFD that allows me to do that legally. Amanda
