djaws11 Report post Posted December 5, 2015 Just got around to posting and sharing this. I only had 2 days to hunt this year. Passed on a few 2x2's the first day and 2nd morning. Got to a glassing spot last afternoon that I was able to hunt and only saw a few does, but as we were slowly starting to talk about calling it a hunt for me, my brother glassed up this 3x2 buck. Literally last few minutes of my hunt. Took a 500 yard shot across a deep canyon, and dropped this guy in his tracks. Good news was we didn't have to track but bad news is we had to retrieve in the dark. Not my biggest deer but was blessed not to come home empty handed.
