apache12 Report post Posted December 4, 2015 this is actually for Mule deer. but I have chased the same buck for the past two years. Ironically, those are my first two years bow hunting some im fully in the, "how many mistakes can I make in one day" stage. anyway, I've planned on setting salt out for the past 5 months but I was blessed to my only rifle hunt and my two sons deer hunts so between scouting and hunting I just never made it. I went back out this past weekend to scout a bit and saw the does in the same area I've seen this buck the past two years. I was wondering if its to late to put some salt our for the Rut, to keep the does in an area or if I should just not bother this year? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
