Free spotter to any youth hunter

Recommended Posts

I have an old Simmons spotting scope that is just sitting in my garage in its case. It is a 12-36x50 straight body, with bench length tripod. If anybody's kid would like it, and you are willing to drive to Surprise area or Cabelas to pick up, let me know. Christmas is coming, and this would make a nice little gift. PM me if you would like pics. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

That is awesome! I'm tempted to raise my hand for my kids and I'll be at the stadium next Sunday (13th), but I'm sure there are some folks closer who can grab it up first.

Very cool of you, indeed!

Hey man...just want to say I appreciate your generosity. We say we want to get the next generation into this tradition of enjoying the outdoors and hunting but the retailers make it really difficult to do that. I have 4 kids and for me to outfit one of them in camo it costs just as much as it does to buy for myself and wife. The working class guy (that includes me) that is trying to make this a family thing, really struggles to do this well. I obviously didn't get this spotter but wanted to recognize you.

This is what makes cwt the best dam hunting site on the web and that is why I display it on my truck. :)

Couldn't agree more about the crazy cost of youth hunting clothing. Big thanks to lancetkenyon for donating some camo hand-me-downs from his kids that my son has worn for the past couple of years. As the last of my kids outgrow the stuff I have, and continue to collect, I hope to repay Lance's generosity and passing this stuff along.

Keep up the great work guys!

In that spirit, I have a youth Matthews Genesis bow to pass along to a kid that might like to give archery a try. My son shot it for a couple of years and recently upgraded at his last birthday. The bow itself is in good shape but needs:

It will come with everything pictured (case, arrows, etc). There a couple of good arrows in there, some need new nocks, veins, etc.

Located in Queen Creek
