cohofishing Report post Posted November 24, 2015 I was wondering if anyone that was involved in the spring draw mess got drawn or has seen their results on the portal. Little history. My credit card got charged twice when I tried to put in for my spring draw tags using chrome. Twice, I entered my information and the system gave me a error message when trying to finish the purchase. I didn't think about looking at my card to see if I had gotten charged. I switched to firefox and re entered the purchase. It worked fine. I got my emails confirming the purchases and I was able to print my license. After a few calls, I did finally get refunded the extra charges last week. I just looked on the portal and I have no posted results for the spring. Still shows my sheep and deer draw results. Makes me wonder if I even got entered into the draw. I had no posted charges so I figured no tags for me but now I wonder... Has anyone had this experience for this spring draw? I know paper, paper, paper...My answer is Multiply states a year, not one problem. Just wondering if anyone else feels like they didn't get entered into the draw properly. kimberx2 Report post Posted November 24, 2015 YEP!! Didn't have any hits for pig or turkey or bison. Had 3 pts pig and 18 pts turkey. I had the $13 fee taken out and everything went fine on putting in electronically. I called game and fish. They said I didn't put in for the draw!!!! They said they see they took the $13(each) out to enter but don't have me down for pig, turkey or bison!!! They said they have a list but wouldn't say how many people on it. They have no idea what they are going to do!!! I have to wait for them to decide, and call me back. Not my fault but IT problem. I heard of others on here with lots of points not getting drawn so it is obviously a BIG problem. I checked portal and shows last couple years draws but doesn't show anything for this draw at all. Looks like I'm gonna get screwed by AZGFD for their inability to receive my electronic draw input, and they quite the early correction period because the new electronic way doesn't allow mistakes!!!! Can you tell I'm pissed!! 18 turkey points and I'm probably screwed for this year!! At least I can get a left over pig tag as long as they don't screw those up too!!! They took their money but didn't put my name in! Not sure what they are going to do or how many people got affected by it. We'll see what happens..... Last year I didnt get drawn putting in for a unit that had leftover tags. so This is very frustrating. I contacted fish & game & got refunded for all charges, it took a few phone calls until it was resolved. I reapplied on the last day apps were due everything went thru fine & drew my first choice. I will call the office later today. Brent YUP, had a double charge for my daughter and a double charge for me and my buddies. Somehow my buddy and I got drawn but daughers never showed she put in. Called 3 times over a month period and never got a refund of the 2 double payments. Finally just disputed it with my credit card company. I even called AZGNF after the first time I put in and told them I did not get the confirmation screen and they told me" It's ok, it won't allow you to put in twice or double charge you" Just goes to show they continue to use this loser company or resource that does their draw each year.... I wonder how many people got double hits and never realize it. Just sad they most likely go with the "lowest bidder" because we all know other states have much much better draw systems. elkhutnaz Report post Posted November 25, 2015 problem here too, I put my wife and myself in for javalina and had to buy her license, they hit for her lic and our money up front for draw but looked up the other day and only shows Buffalo and turkey no pig, called office gave them all the info and number from return email from game and fish, looks like they never put us in for draw so might have a tag coming waiting for a call back, the big flag was I wasn't able to print wife's lic and had to call and get AZGFD to mail us a lic and admit they had IT issues, I am just shaking my head wondering how BAD our system is compared to other states.......Andy Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
