It seems like the government is selling more land to real estate investors who then resell it to housing developers...There is an entire large desert flat near my house, with lots of yotes and some javelinas running around. I enjoy going out there. It was state trust land. But recently I see signs that the land is up for sale by the government so they can raise money...we all know how government is wasting our money. Then they're gonna build more houses and keep spreading out and spreading out so that Phoenix is gonna be like L.A. Heck, it already takes me an hour to drive to my three sisters' houses who all live on the opposite side of town...we're just eating up the animal's habitat.
