High Point Outfitters Report post Posted October 26, 2015 I am not sure where the time goes in the fall! People have been asking to see some pictures of the elk HPO clients killed this year so I thought I would get these posted. We started off the year just like we did last year by guiding the lucky winner of the Statewide Super Raffle elk hunter. This year Steve Holten was the lucky raffle hunter.
