Ringer Report post Posted October 26, 2015 Buds from Oregon and I bought a trailer at Lazy JR Ranch in Tonto Basin. They both live in Oregon so guess who did all the work? New paver patio, aluminum full length awning, new appliances, new A/C, new water heater, new toilet, new subfloors and tile. It is just about perfect so now they want to sell it after both had surgeries. Go figure. It is a 36' 1986 Wilderness 5th wheel that has been on the lot for the last 20 years. Big propane tank in front and the electric runs us $13 a month. It is on the best lot in the park with 2 big trees for shade. Right behind the Butcher Hook so you can crawl home if you need to.
