How many times do you see this??

Recommended Posts

In 36a down by the refuse you can see a group of antelope. Also for the past 3 years there has been an antelope running with a group of mule deer does. I haven't got a good enough picture of it to post, yet, maybe this year.

Yeah its up north just under the rim. First time we have ever seen antelope in there. Not raelly any grasslands to spealk of in this particular area.

Must be one of those clingy types and the deer cant shake her. ;)

Here is another picture I thought was cool.

It appears to be an antelope doe......no black spot on the jaw below the ear??? I can't tell if that's a coues buck or doe. AWESOME REGARDLESS!!! Two awesome species just taking care of each other!

It's definetely a buck. Look at the lower right hand corner of the second pic & you get a close up of his buttons.

antelope does sometimes have horns as well.. It appears to be a doe to me as well..

cool pics!

That is really cool!! I've never seen antelope in unit 22, much less seeing one hanging out with a coues buck!!! That is one unique situation Jeff!

That antelope doe has been in that area for about a year. She was running with coues doe for most of last fall. They were spotted mulitple times together by different hunters. There is basically no "real" antelope habitat near where she is and we all figured that she went for a "walk about" and never left. Congrats on getting a picture of that!! I think that another guy that I know has pics of her too.
