pyle762 Report post Posted October 17, 2015 My two sons drew youth tags this year. They are my step son's and until a year ago had never hunted. The 15 year old got a cow last year and my 13 year was a little jealous. He got his turn this year. So with two 13 years (my daughter and step-son) we headed out for the hunt. It didn't take long. On the first day we had to hunt, my daughter found a buck and my son made a heck of a shot to get him. The buck was 316 yards away, and he made a one shot kill on him. The 15 year had his chance later in the week but we didn't take advantage of the opportunities we had so we went one for two. Somewhere down there is his buck. A pair of happy 13 years olds Also my daughter found a very strange critter crawling around the desert. It was the biggest grasshopper I had ever seen. She looked it up.
