drcarr Report post Posted October 7, 2015 I have an opportunity to purchase some once fired Winchester brand brass for a "fair" price...A review of several brass suppliers shows new brass at an average of $0.73 each...Of course nowadays there's never any in stock...So my question is what is a "fair" price in today's market??
