trphyhntr Report post Posted September 8, 2015 met up with fellow CW member vincefmx sunday morning to check an elk spot. he ends up glassing a bear out at 1.5 miles. looked like a black rock to me lol. he disappears into a canyon. we head back to camp and were not there 1 minute when a dude with dogs drives by. vince hollers at him, and they want to try for him. i didnt have a tag but i obviously wanted to check it out since ive never hunted behind dogs before. they follow me there and we walk out toward where we saw the bear. i guess the dogs got on the trail quick? cuz before you know it, bear in a tree. 4 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

How long was the bear treed before it jumped around? im not sure, i started the video right when we walked up. it did take us a little while to get over to him so total time i really dont know.
