hoghntr Report post Posted September 7, 2015 Scabies usually take hold on the backs of hands first and leave tracks. The mite is active at night, right hoghntr. I got them on ankles and they worked their way up legs over month or 2 I was 20yrs old and had no clue why I had these itchy welts that would not depart. Horribly itchy knots form and red. Thanks for the help L.O.L. dang if I knew you were gonna try all suggested remedies i would have thought up a good 1. like puried anchovies packed on bites or something interesting. For real they do make product called chigger-x works great. Looks and smells like noxema. Good luck!
