4Falls Report post Posted September 4, 2015 Just wondering if any of you use a game cart for hauling meat/gear out? During the OTC season in August I used a moving dolly to haul my blind etc into a couple of remote locations but after a couple miles I quickly figured out bigger wheels and a different balance point would be nice. duckhunter175 Report post Posted September 4, 2015 Ameristep Non-typical. It compacts down to backpack in or you can leave it at the truck. I've used mine here in KY regularly. Tires are solid so they won't pop, wheels are large enough where it is easy to pull over fallen logs, and the design works well where you are bent over or too low to the ground. I've hauled a 150lb buck, climbing stand, pack, gun and wheeled it out over 1.5 miles through the woods. The only drawback is the narrow tires. If the ground is really wet or muddy they sink and act like anchors.
4Falls Report post Posted September 5, 2015 Reviews ive read on those said the wheels were the weak point. How have yours held up?

Packed out quite a few elk with it. Worked very well Brian
