pwrguy Report post Posted September 7, 2015 There are definitely better than raghorn bulls here, but the good ones are few and far between. Go out and have a great time and good luck!!

eltigre_01 Report post Posted September 9, 2015 Although I've been up to the unit mostly on camping and deer hunting trips, I saw elk everywhere. In all honesty, I'd be happy with just a spike for a meat hunt.
mbiewer Report post Posted September 9, 2015 I think 22 and 23 are my two favorite units. Theres animals in every unit....unless you have a tag in hand. ha ha
ctafoya Report post Posted September 9, 2015 22n becomes a circus this time of year. Tons of rag horn and Richard head "hunters" on quads tearing through the woods. Had the tag 6 years ago and camped right off of control road. With all that being said, I was into bulls every day. Even in camp. I found the higher you get to glass, the more people you see. Get out there and hike and you'll be in em. Also, get a mountain lion tag. Ran into three of them on my hunt.
