dbs1 Report post Posted August 24, 2015 Pulled a tag there this year after several years of drought. I've hunted there maybe 3-4 times and know the ne of the unit has limited private access. I've been able to get permission to hunt the landsman camp area previously and will try that again, but curious if there may be some better areas for a 110" deer in other areas, either further north near the Rez border or up in the Graham's where I've never hunted? I've shot 3-4 over 500yds and the last one at 650yds so long range is not an issue. Just never cracked over 100" yet and would like to get that accomplished on this go around. Quagmire Report post Posted August 24, 2015 Congrats on a December tag. I have seen several 100'' bucks in 31 in years past, mostly in the Stockton pass area. Bad part about it is that it get pounded very hard but then again, you might luck out and find one in December without many other hunters around. I'm gonna put more time in than normal this year in scouting and hunting as I have some upcoming surgeries that may greatly hinder future outdoor pursuits. Thank you much for your suggestions.
