russd Report post Posted August 18, 2015 Wonder how loud that would be with a can on it?
My Rights As An American Report post Posted August 18, 2015 Probably VERY quiet! Buy it and see! Only way to find out.
rancilio Report post Posted August 18, 2015 Cool rifle. With a can and standard velocity ammo, it's like a cap gun but you still have the sonic crack. With subsonic ammo, it's like a cheap pellet gun - really nice!

Bpursell Report post Posted August 19, 2015 Any clue if it will cycle subsonic ammo?
My Rights As An American Report post Posted August 19, 2015 Yikes. No but I will do some research. Everything I read said it prefers high speed ammo. Will do some research though.
Bpursell Report post Posted August 19, 2015 Just ordered my can (.22) and don't have a rifle with threaded barrel, but was looking to 1022 or that bolt action that looks like the 1022.
My Rights As An American Report post Posted August 19, 2015 For the price you cannot beat this deal for a threaded heavy barrel brand new with scope. Not sure how many 10/22s come with a threaded barrel or if they are all aftermarket. Accuracy is fairly equal between the two. Maybe a bit better with the remington versus the standard 10/22. Far more aftermarket options with the 10/22, however. But for more much cost.
