Blame the idiots not talking to each other "because we want all the credit and won't talk to other agencies". So the death penalty is off the table, the a-hole is still doing 30 years, at least it is on our side of the border. Red Sparky Report post Posted August 12, 2015 No you don't have to feed him for 30 years. Just do what they did in Santa Fe that led up to the riots. The guards wanted information and if somebody talked or not they put a snitch jacket on them. Lots of prisoners in PC didn't talk but had a snitch jacket on them and paid the price. Start a rumor out that he is going to spill his guts and I bet the cartels could make it so he don't make it 30 years. Send him down to Joe as he knows how to take care of prisoners. Besides even if he had the death penalty it would take over 15-20 years to carry it out. Unless you were in TX, then it might not take so long. Then you could have a governor like Tony Anaya who commutes the sentence, based solely on personal belief, so three prisoners can break out and go to CA and kill somebody else.
