PRDATR Report post Posted August 1, 2015 My theory about leftovers is that people just put in for a single trophy hunt knowing the odds are against them getting drawn so inevitably they get a bonus point year after year and knowing the southern units will always have leftovers they will get one of those which doesn't take your accumulated points away. I think if there are leftover tags for a unit then the following year the regular tags for that unit should be reduced by 50% of the leftover number.
