Guest 300ultramag. Report post Posted July 24, 2015 Here's an idea...Every other year bighorn sheep tags should be given to residents of Arizona only. Outside of the regular draw and it should be how the leftover tags are issued. No bonus points nor loyalty points. You mail your app in to the department and they open it up if it available yu get the tag. If not on to the second choice. No 3rd-5th accepted. Now up the application fee to $199.00 and it is only paid if you draw. All unsuccessful applicants will get a return check. That's how I think any left over sheep tags should be issued. Report post Posted July 24, 2015 I say we offset the cost to however much the last auctioned big horn sheep tag went for and have that dollar amount reflect the application fees (dispersed over x amount of applications) so the department will generate that revenue for az wildlife but in a different form.
