bvanetten Report post Posted July 23, 2015 Going flathead fishing this weekend. Haven't been in 15 years. We're rigged up right, heavy duty everything, but not sure where to go. We will be shore fishing. Canyon is a 30min drive and Rosie is 1.5 to 2 hours. Is it worth it to rosie? bvanetten Report post Posted July 29, 2015 i've had quite a few people suggest that we fish bartlett or pleasent and there is no doubt about those lakes giant flathead populations. but what about salt river lakes? rosie has huge flatheads and lots of them. so why wouldnt apache and canyon and saguaro have big flatties also?
