Great place to purchase guns.... Buds Guns

Recommended Posts

If your in Phoenix, purchase your guns from Buds Guns, then pick Bell Road Pawn Shop (really) 25th Street/Bell.......

What an easy process that was! Great price, no hassle, and had the gun in a week! I guess most of the pawn shops business is FFL gun transfers, so it's more of a gun store.

I got tired of Cabelas never having guns in stock.

Bud's has good prices but sometimes there can be hiccups. Overal they have been good. Pawn shops would love to take your money for filling out paper work. There use to be a lot of online gun shops like Bud's that I would order from that always seemed to have really awesome prices. They all seem to have folded now.

I like Randall's, SE corner of 51st Ave & Olive, they have always treated me right, usually beat Cabela's prices, and searched hard for me when I order a new gun they don't have on the shelf

I have bought several used guns from pawn shops, figure they paid half of what the price tag says and start negotiating. And the longer it has been on the shelf the better deal you can get.

I 2nd the comment on Randalls. They have always treated me well and I have been going there for a lot of years now because of it. I haven't spent a ton of money on guns or supplies recently but when I have it I try and spend it at Randalls first. They are one of the few places that still stocks a fair amount of reloading stuff.

True! Always check out local and see what they have and what they can order. Gallery of guns is always a great catalog and lots of specials and sales. Helps keep sales tax in state :-)

Is this the shop the just has "GUNS" as their sign? If so, I've meant to give them a visit because it's really close to where I live and my co-worker said her brother-in-law worked there. Will have to pay them a visit real soon...

I really like Buds Gun Shop/Buds Police supply. They have always done me well, great to talk to on the phone.

For instance, I called one day and said

Me:"i dont have time to go through your webpage, but this is what I want. I want the cheapest, 4" Smith and Wesson M&P at LEO pricing you have."

Customer service rep: " I know what you want, your total is XXX, Whats your account info"?

Me: "Its XXXXX"

Customer service: "Your FFL is on file, assuming you want it sent to the same one, and paying the same way, you'l have the gun in 3-5 days."

Me: "Thank you, have a good day"

Took all of 5 minutes, if not less.

hahahah that's pretty BA. It's unfortunate that the FFL I used quite frequently has feel victim to the ATF.......his process used to be so dang quick and efficient, never had to worry or do anything.

Buds is great. Cabelas is great. Supporting a local dealer that will have what you need a short notice or on hard to get items=priceless. Randall's has always treated me well. So has Merchant Firearms in Ahwatukee.
