SunDevil Report post Posted July 24, 2015 We prefer the yellowtail. Marinate it in Italian salad dressing overnight and throw it in the grill. It is a firm fish. Some do not care for it but we prefer it to the bass. My 10 year old daughter absolutely loves it. Last spring one of my buddies from Utah took home 74 lbs of boneless and skinless fillets from our trip.
