khmer6 Report post Posted July 17, 2015 I had my buddy put in for a tag 2nd choice that has had left overs forever.... and he still hasn't had his card hit.... wondering if he screwed something up or what.... even if the unit filled up this year I don't think it would of filled up till the 3rd 4th and 5th pass.... IDK he probably screwed up his online app somehow.I don't think that rule applies anymore. So many new hunters and so few leftovers these days. And what's left over gets snatched so quickly.
