lancetkenyon Report post Posted July 6, 2015 Bummer. I feel your pain. I had a lab for 16+ years and had to put her down in 2014. Cried like a baby. New pups come along to help ease the loss. A man without a dog is not complete.

CouesWhitetail Report post Posted July 7, 2015 That's a great long life! It's so hard to let them go when they have been with you so long. But you got the most years out of her you possibly could. Thanks for giving her a happy life!
naturebob Report post Posted July 23, 2015 Well as I mentioned in My first post on this topic , the Beagle is just about done too. Glad I got today off of work today cause her time has come too. She has been bad for 3-4 days but today You can tell its time .2oclock today got vet appt. to put Him down . Second one in 3 weeks sucks. This one is only 12. The other one was 17. Seems the Beagle (Huey) got cheated a few years. This one hurts more than the first one. They are all so special. My Wife is laying with Him as it was her Dog. She had to come home from work. Can't tell You how many times I had to chase down that dog in the desert by our old house. Wish I could do it again now. Thanks Huey. Rest in peace buddy with your sister Chica................BOB!
