The last time we went we caught a pile of them. I don't cook them whole. I peel them an throw them in butter an Lemon pepper. Only made enough for the kids. They love it tho. It's a great time with the kids.

My step dad was partners in a business importing Cajun foods to Las Vegas. Whenever I go over I raid his freezer. He also had an assortment of seafood (bluefin, albacore, and salmon) that went missing last time I was there.

my dads a retired heavy equipment runner and mechanic. Wouldn't trade him for anything in the world but sure wish he had a freezer like your dad does!!!

You would be surprise what our favorite item was. The smoked salmon bellies from visiting his friends in Alaska. YUM. I can no longer eat grocery store fish.
