I have 6.5 savage model 11 predator hunter. Unfired. It does not come with a scope or rings. 22 inch bull barrel , no flutes like the model 10 has. Camo stock, blued barrel.

Yeah the 10's are sweet, don't think I'd regret it.

If you reload don't dismiss the .260rem as it's virtually ballistically identical to the 6.5 Creed, plus Lapua makes brass for the .260. Brass and reloading supplies for it are readily available as well. Keep an eye out on gunbroker too.

 

I chose the .260 over the Creed primarily for the Lapua brass option myself, plus got a great deal on it. I bought the LRH and my first group out of that gun shot a .297" sweet gun and awesome round. I'll get those groups cut in half with a little tweaking and on a calm day.

I was thinking about that too, I would def be interested in a 260 rem. a tikka in 260 would be nice.
