LongRange Muzzleloader and White 97 Whitetail *PICS Added of both

I'm with jack on this one. I bought an ultimate arms muzzleloader last year and its unreal. It's shoots better then most of my center fire guns and it has the same muzzle energy as a .338 win mag. I would have gone the bad bull route except s few of the states I apply for don't allow smokeless powder so I went with a gun that's built around pyrodex. The bad bull can also shoot black powder substitute so don't let that sway you from this gun. This thing is a heck of a deal at this price too!!

Is this a legal muzzleloader being that it shoots a smokeless powder? Just asking because I thought smokeless wasn't legal in AZ

I have been told by a few Game and Fish officers that "If it's loaded from the muzzle its a muzzle-loader" however I will tell the regs say something different... I have a White 97 whitetail that I have used that i'm looking to sell as well.
