tjhunt2 Report post Posted June 24, 2015 I really feel for everyone who has been putting in for big horn their entire life. It's been almost 40 yrs for me and I have come to except it's not going to happen but I keep trying. I hope someone gets a tag after years of applying instead of a 1 or 2 bonus point application. Now is that being mean? Ok, I wish them just as much luck as us old timers. TJ

GreeneMachine Report post Posted June 24, 2015 Good luck on the draw tjhunt2. Man, can't imagine waiting 40 yrs for a tag! Personally, I'd prob stress myself out so bad if I got drawn in your situation that it'd be hard to really enjoy the hunt...would be nervous I'd mess it all up on the big one! But I'd manage!!!! Fingers crossed for you!
ready2hunt Report post Posted June 24, 2015 seriously TJ- Game and Fish should issue you a tag based upon principle alone.

PRDATR Report post Posted June 24, 2015 I remember sitting in an Elk Camp with a guy and his wife around 1987 or so and he told me he had put her in and she drew a tag and she was going to use a 257 or a 357 if she could get close enough. I think one of their relatives was a guide. Darnd if she didn't kill it with a 357 pistol later that year.
