MULEPACKHUNTER Report post Posted June 19, 2015 I would think over the next 3 or 4 weeks the areas in 5B will be closed and the fire will have gone through but from then to Sept 11 is only 2 months or so, doesnt seem like enough time for the elk to move back in if they leave at all that is? AZ8 Report post Posted June 19, 2015 Sounds like they're going to let it burn as a managed fire. Potential area of 54,000 acres. Pictures show a low intensity fire just creeping along the forest floor.
