Although I do love my job, I'm fed up with the way people drive in this state. Almost killed twice yesterday responding to call's by drivers that either weren't attention or just in to much of a hurry. It just kills me that people find the time to do everything else but drive when on the road's. I am born breed and raised in AZ all my life. And I must say these are some of the dumbest human beings on the planet. We travel very often back and forth to our other house and I swear if I had a missile launcher on my rig there would be a lot of carnage. To many people need to think to check thier dang Facebook status while driving down the road. I could rant for hours I guess I have just spent to much time in the woods. They are the only ones that matter, so everyone else just get out of the way. Or they are too preocupied with their phone, makeup, movie they're watching, etc to pay attention to actually driving. Some dumb bitch in a big black Dodge almost killed me yesterday in Colorado Springs. I stood on my horn while making evasive maneuvers and she just keep forcing me over, never looked, no signal, not even a wave after she finally realized I was there. Those idiots left the communes and became lawyers, senators and congressmen! This country has gone downhill since then. Remember when you screwed up at school and got a swat from the principle? Or when you got caught at your friends house doing something wrong. Their parents gave you a lickin and drug you home by the ear to tell your folks and then your folks gave you a lickin! If you mouthed off to an adult you got a backhand! If anyone did that today you'd get arrested and sued! We need to hire more cops on the road that actually enforce the laws. No lights, sirens, just turn and expect you to know what they are doing. Lead by example I say. Not trying to bag on the cops as we all know AZ has a lot of bad drivers.
