COOSEFAN Report post Posted May 23, 2007 It's definitely gonna hurt shellin' out that Sheep $$..........just knowing all I'm doing is lettin' them borrow my money so they can earn interest on it! Maybe that is what's goin on.........they don't get to play with all that money when doing the online stuff!

Red Rabbit Report post Posted May 24, 2007 The upside is that those who applied in NM will know those drawing results posted June 20, before the new, later AZ deadline of June 26. This could prevent some hunt date conflicts. Doug~RR
dave Report post Posted May 24, 2007 Thats good to know. I can check if I drew for elk or deer in NMex before I put in for Desert Bighorn Sheep in AZ??? Well at least my over the counter AZ archery deer tag is still good. Whats a bowhunter to do?
fatfootdoc Report post Posted May 24, 2007 Of course, now NM will have some delay in their draw and the results wont post until June 27th That would be just about right. ag
105Coues Report post Posted May 24, 2007 It appears AZ is the only state I apply in that has or creates all these problems. I don't really understand it??????????????????????????????????? Millions of sites work fine but ours always has some type of issue. Maybe G&F should consult with UTAH.
Huntn coues Report post Posted May 24, 2007 If I remember right when AZGFD used that company out of Nevada (sci fi nevada) or something like that they never had any issues. When they switched to this newer company it went to crap. (Politics ) Well at least they got rid of em. Its a shame they didn't do it a tad earlier.
catclaw Report post Posted May 25, 2007 All those companies have been corrupt- too many people buying tags that they didn't really draw. At all the commission meetings I went to there was overwhelming support for abolishing the online system all together- permanently. Here's my take- if you can't afford to write a check for the tags then you can't afford to hunt those hunts. Can you afford a safari to Africa? If not, you don't go. If you can't afford a sheep tag- don't apply. You can't buy lottery tickets on CREDIT- why should you be able to buy lottery tickets for the hunts on credit?? Go get a cash advance on that same credit card and pay for the tag up front. The biggest problem here is that SOME were allowed to use credit and the balance are not- They should have rejected EVERYONES applications and told them to reapply with paper. I'll bet they are screwed up again on the fall hunts.
